I found myself needing help...
I was comfortable pioneering a church, being in the pastorate, receiving commitments and developing leaders. Yet, instinctively, I knew that our young ministry needed money to go to the next level and accomplish our ministry goals. I didn’t know how to do it, and, frankly, adding one more huge undertaking to my agenda was more than I could take. I needed someone to get some things off my plate—not pile more on.

At first, I wavered and contemplated if we could “afford” it. The consultant fee alone was $23,500 (note: incredibly, now twelve years later our fee schedule at Church Leader for stewardship coaching is substantially lower). But, I knew we had to commit to reach our goals. Then, amazingly enough, it was the best decision we had made. It positioned the church for a $1.5 million increase over the next several years! As a result, our ministry was ready to move forward and accomplish our goals. There’s no question that this single stewardship campaign changed the destiny of our church! We did raise the capital we needed. And, as is always the case, the education I received had a price. Yet I realized the education was wisdom I would use as a Christian leader, for the rest of my life. Consequently, the consultant’s value was on the rise, and the fee was declining. Spread over time, the “cost” of his help was practical. The consultant fee was a small amount in comparison to what was produced.

As President of Church Leader, I will plainly state our objectives. We want to partner with ethical ministries of faith that we find affinity with. I believe the only acceptable way to partner is to create a win/win situation, for both parties involved. As for Church Leader, we will bring to the table an arsenal of wisdom that will empower leaders to lead, create influence and bring important victories to you and your church family.
We offer stewardship with your own personal coach.
Sincerely,
